Wine Tour was Tasteful... 2010

It was a beautiful spring day on May 27th as District 41 wine lovers headed off to the western part of Lake Erie to take in some wine tastings. We visited four wineries and at each one we tasted a variety of red and white wines. There were tours of a barrel room at one winery while at another we had an extensive tour on the manufacturing process.
There was a delicious lunch served at Sprucewood Shores winery. There was ample time to purchase wines and other items at each winery. At the end of our trip we stopped for a coffee and headed home exhausted but content.
